Pan-Pacific Emergency Medicine Congress 2012 (PEMC 2012) will take place for the first time in Seoul, Korea on October 23-26, 2012. The Korean Society of Emergency Medicine (KSEM) has the honor to be the host of PEMC 2012, a joint meeting between American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM) and KSEM, and cordially invites you to attend the first PEMC 2012 in Korea. The emergency medicine of Korea, despite a relatively short history, has made great strides and significant progress in quality and quantity. Currently, KSEM has 1,442 members and plays a diverse role as one of the leading country in emergency medicine in Asia.
The PEMC 2012 will enhance cooperation in information exchange throughout the Pan-Pacific region, which will give emergency medicine a more globally integrated network ability to further achieve academic development and better assist patients’ need. In addition, the PEMC 2012 will help understand challenges that each country faces, and is leading the way to make positive impact to developing countries where emergency medicine systems needs to be established.
