SEMS Fundraiser for Myanmar and Thailand Earthquake Relief

On 28 March 2025, a powerful 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck Central Myanmar and Thailand, causing widespread devastation. In support of the relief efforts led by the Red Cross Societies, members and friends of the Society for Emergency Medicine in Singapore (SEMS) came together to raise $4,320 through the generous contributions of 31 donors.

To cap off the campaign, the Singapore Red Cross randomly selected one lucky donor to receive a beautiful, hand-painted art piece, generously created and donated by our very own Emergency Medicine doctor, Dr Sarajane Co. We are thrilled to announce that Dr Vivian Hsu was the winner of this special prize, and was personally presented with the painting by Dr Sarajane Co. Congratulations, Dr Hsu — and a heartfelt thank you to all our donors for your incredible support!
